Progress videos are short clips (typically 1–3 minutes each) recorded by HNCO field officers in Pakistan that document each construction stage of your donor-funded water well. They are sent privately to your email — usually as MP4 attachments or secure Dropbox / Google Drive links — so you can download, save and share them. Hand pump wells are typically installed within 2–3 weeks of your donation.
