As a Nelson-based Muslim non-profit organisation serving communities locally and internationally, we pride ourselves on being approachable, transparent and responsive — every message you send reaches a real person, not an automated inbox.

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm. We're closed on Sundays and on Islamic holidays such as Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha. During Ramadan, hours may be adjusted to accommodate iftar and taraweeh — please call ahead if you'd like to visit in person.

How We Can Help

• Donation enquiries — help with Zakat calculations, Gift Aid, recurring donations or receipts.
• Fundraising & events — organising a community fundraiser, non-profit organisation walk, iftar dinner or school appeal.
• Partnerships — working with mosques, schools, businesses and other organisations on joint appeals.
• Volunteering — joining our UK team or supporting overseas distributions.
• Media & press — interviews, project updates and field reports from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Palestine and beyond.

Response Times

We aim to reply to every email and online enquiry within one working day. Phone calls during office hours are usually answered straight away; if you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we'll call back the same day wherever possible. Urgent donation or payment queries are prioritised — mention "urgent" in your subject line and we'll escalate your message to the relevant team member.

You can also visit us in person at our Nelson office in Lancashire. If you're travelling from outside the area, we recommend booking an appointment in advance so the right member of our team is available to meet you.
