    Build A Masjid in Pakistan

The need for this project (Build A Masjid in Pakistan )

    Build A Masjid in Pakistan

Despite being a majority Muslim country. Many communities in rural Pakistan lack access to places of worship where they can take part in religious activities and events and gain an Islamic education.

    • History is a witness to the fact that when Islam is practiced in its correct Orthodox form and sound Islamic knowledge is available, communities can be transformed both spiritually and economically.
    • The Islamic Golden age in Iraq, Muslim Spain. The Ottoman Turks, Mughal India, and many other examples will testify to the fact that the correct application of religion can lead to productivity. Self-sufficient, benevolent, and successful communities. The best example of all is none other than the Medina of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) which was the pinnacle of communities and the example which later communities followed.

    Build A Masjid in Pakistan

    • A Masjid is no doubt a vital component of such societies as it is a place of worship as well as a community hub. Where people can meet one another, improve relations amongst themselves, gain knowledge, contribute to local initiatives and find solace.
    • It is also well known that having a Masjid in a location can boost the economy and encourage trade in that area.
    • A successful Masjid should also aid in producing virtuous, morally upright people who contribute positively to society and lead meaningful lives.
    • Both primary and secondary data point to the fact that rural communities in Pakistan lack sufficient access to Masjids.
    • The beneficiaries of our Masjid program are from poor communities who cannot afford to build one for themselves. Without MH intervention or intervention from elsewhere, they will remain without a Masjid in their locality.

Muslim Hands Experience (Build A Masjid in Pakistan )

    • By the grace of Allah, Muslim Hands has over 10 years of experience working in the field of Masjid construction.
    • So far, Muslim Hands has built over 400 Masjids in 15 countries.
    • Our unique program ensures that we select the people and locations which are most deserving of the Masjid.
    • We also take measures to ensure that the Masjid will be maintained and looked after by giving the community responsibility and ownership of the project. This ensures that the Masjid continues to provide long-term benefits long after the construction is completed.
    • Our Masjid program in Pakistan spans over several districts including Punjab, Sindh , and KPK. The impact of this has been massive with hundreds of villagers who were previously unable to afford to build their own Masjid, now being able to access a Masjid in their own area.
    • In terms of other work, Muslim Hands Pakistan has established several schools throughout the country which provide education to hundreds of orphan and needy children.
    • Other work in the country includes feeding programs, income generation schemes, and safe water projects.

    • Also included will be the sanitary fitting, water connection, whitewashing, and electrification work.
